Important Information

If you are flying into Dubai International Airport, Dubai International Hotel is located inside the Airport Terminal Buildings before Passport Control (Immigration and Customs) in only Concourses A, B, and C. You must be in Transit to Access the Hotel.

Passengers are strongly advised not to pass through Immigration and Customs and exit the Terminal as they will be denied access back in to the Hotel until 3 hours prior to their “outbound” flight’s departure.

If you are arriving at Dubai International Airport from Dubai City, Dubai International Hotel is located inside the Airport Terminal Buildings after Passport Control (Immigration and Customs). We only have hotels in Concourses A, B and C. You must be checked in to a flight to Access the hotel.

Passengers are strongly advised to confirm the check in times of flights and the details of their check in procedures with their respective Airlines.

If you are arriving into Terminal 2, do not exit the Terminal and pass through Passport Control (Immigration and Customs). You will have to go to the Transfer Desk and use the free inter-terminal shuttle bus to gain access to Concourses A, B, or C.

Access to the Hotel Reception in Concourse A can be made using the elevators located near gates A1 or A24. In Concourse B, access to the Hotel Reception can be made using the elevators located between near gates B14 or B22. In Concourse C, one can access the Hotel Reception using the dedicated escalators or elevator located in between gates C15 and C17. We do not have a hotel located in Concourse D.

Hotel guests can move between all four (04) concourses A, B, C and D (Airside), however Dubai International Hotel is only located inside Concourses A, B and C of Dubai International Airport. If you are arriving and departing with on only Emirates Airlines, you might not be allowed access into Concourse D.

It is strongly recommended that passengers carry their toiletries etc. in their hand luggage, as they will be unable to retrieve their checked-in luggage for the reasons mentioned in the aforementioned points.

Check-out time will be a maximum of 24 hours after the “actual” check-in time (This point is “only applicable” for reservations made with Daily Rates and is “not applicable” for reservations made under Hourly Rates or Multiple Night bookings).

Children under 12 years of age stay free of charge on existing bedding if accompanied by an adult (we can accommodate a maximum of 2 Adults and 1 Child per room).

An Extra bed is charged at the rate of AED 110.00. Only one Extra Bed can be placed per room.

Guests must be 18 years or older with photo identification to check-in.

Baby Cots (for children 02 years old and below) are available without any extra charge but are subject to availability. As per a new international law, we can no longer provide blankets, bumpers or pillows along with Baby Cots. If our guests wish to have these items, then they will need to bring their own.

A 5% Value Added Tax (VAT) will be implemented in the United Arab Emirates from 01st January 2018. All rates advertised shall be subject to this 5% VAT for all bookings as per the above-mentioned arrival date.

For all Executive Room bookings:
  • Complimentary Guaranteed Meet & Greet Service and Seamless Check-In, if your flight is landing in Concourse B (Terminals 3).
  • A complimentary Ala-carte menu is available for Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner in our Executive Lounge.
  • A limited selection of premium complimentary beverages served in the Executive Lounge all day.
  • Complimentary Wi-Fi and high-speed internet access.
  • Dedicated Reception Desks.
  • Personalized and Express Check-in and Check out.
Complimentary Meet & Assist
If you have provided us with your arrival flight details, and provided your flight lands and parks at Concourse A, B, C or D, we will endeavor to provide you with a complimentary meet and assist service.
Our staff member shall meet you on arrival at the disembarkation/arrival gate, and will be holding a paging board with your name on it; the staff member will be waiting for you just after the aerobridge at your arrival gate.

Please note the following:
  • For us to endeavor and extend this service to you, it is essential that you provide us with your complete Arrival Flight details (Flight Number with your scheduled Date and Time of Arrival).
  • This is not a “Guaranteed” service.
  • Please kindly also note that if your flight is to arrive and park at a remote bay away from the Main Airport terminal itself, the Airport authorities will transfer all passengers on that flight from the remote parking bay to the Airport Terminal via Shuttle Bus. If this is to happen, the guarantee of a meet and assist is difficult as access to where passengers are dropped off by the Shuttle Bus is limited for our Concierge staff.
  • Please note that sometimes arrival and departure gates are subject to change without prior notice. The hotel cannot be held responsible for any gate changes made by the Airline.

No Show / Cancellation Policy
Please note below our No Show and Cancellation policies, relevant to your reservation. It is imperative that these policies are reviewed in earnest:
A.
For Non-Refundable/Promotional Reservations:
Please note that the Credit Card (that was provided at the Reservation Stage) will be immediately charged with the Total Room Charges once the reservation is confirmed. Any cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the reservation amount. Any amendments are subject to a charge equal to 100% of the reservation amount. Failure to arrive at the Hotel as per the booking date will be treated as “No Show” and will incur a charge equal to 100% of the reservation amount. Any of the above charges will not be refunded.
B.
For Best Available Rates/Refundable Reservations:
In case of No Show, 1 (ONE) Night Room Charge will be debited from your Credit Card (that was used to guarantee the reservation). Reservations cancelled 24 hours prior to the arrival time will be exempted from the cancellation charges. Should you wish to prepay the room for third party, please contact our Reservations Department on alternative methods of pre-payment (in most cases details will have to be sent to the Reservations Team 5 (five) days prior to our guest arrival date).
Credit Card Pre-Authorization Policy
  • We would appreciate it if you could guarantee the reservation request with your credit card number and expiry date then payment will be upon arrival. Non-Guaranteed reservations would be released 24 hrs prior to arrival time.
  • Credit card provided to guarantee the reservation will be charged on the day of arrival for the one night charges. As part of the verification, you are required to present the credit card provided to guarantee the reservation.
  • To avoid being charged, reservations must be canceled in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined by the hotel for the rate and dates booked.

AHLAN

The request for the provision of services is valid only in respect of the date and flight number shown on the reservation form and subsequent booking confirmation. Any changes in the date and flight information should be advised to Ahlan not less than 6 hours prior to the commencement of the services required.

Reservations for the provision of Ahlan service should be made at least 8 hours in advance.

Ahlan will not accept any liabilities for refunds and/or claims that are not made within 21 days from the date of the service provision.

All requests for refunds and or claims should be made in writing via fax, mail or e-mail or in person at the Ahlan office located in the arrivals terminal of Dubai International Airport.

Ahlan Services is in no way liable nor responsible for any loss suffered by the Passenger as a result of its actions in an effort to provide the service required and/or any third parties, including without limitation, the Customs or Immigration authorities at Dubai International Airport. Passengers availing of the services, Ahlan unconditionally agree to release Ahlan Service from any liability or responsibility as a result of any delay whilst the services requested are being delivered.

Ahlan Services is in no way liable nor responsible if the Passenger fails to comply with government regulations upon entry in Dubai. It is the Passengers sole responsibility to ensure that all documentation required for entry in to Dubai is in order and that any conditions to which such documents are subject to are complied with.

Ahlan Service will retrieve the Passengers baggage from the baggage carousels but will in no way be held liable or responsible for wrong items of baggage being retrieved. It is the Passengers sole responsibility to identify and confirm to the Ahlan representative that the pieces of baggage retrieved belongs to him/her prior to completing Customs formalities and exiting Dubai International Airport.

LOUNGE

The request for provision of lounge services is valid only in respect of the date and flight number shown on the Reservation Form and subsequent booking confirmation. Any changes in the date and flight information must be advised to Ahlan Lounges not less than six (06) hours prior to the commencement of the visit.

Reservations should be made at least eight (08) hours in advance.

Ahlan Lounges will not accept liabilities for refunds and/or claims that are not made within twenty (21) days from the date of Lounge visit.

All requests for refunds and/or claims should be forwarded to lounge@dih-dca.com.

Ahlan Lounges is in no way liable nor responsible for any loss suffered by the Passenger as a result of its actions in an effort to provide the service required and/or any third parties.

Lounge facilities are only for 4 hours. Exceeding charges per hour are AED 25 per person.

SPA

Spa service is available only to passengers on transit to Dubai International Airport.

To guarantee a spa treatment, reservation should be made at least 8 hours in advance. We suggest that you book a treatment at least 30 minutes after you land to allow for delays and walking time.

Timeless Spa will not be held liable for guests who miss their onward flights. It is the responsibility of all passengers to ensure they board their flights within the specified time. Please note that boarding gate closes 25 min prior to departure time.

It is imperative that you advice us of your outbound flight details so that the reservation is made to the spa closest to your boarding gate.

We encourage you to arrive in the spa at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment time to start off a relaxing journey. Late arrival may result to shortening of treatment time.

Upon your arrival at Timeless Spa, our Receptionist will confirm your spa treatment request. You will then be completing a medical consultation form for health and safety reasons. Kindly note that guests who had undergone medical surgery in last six months, guests under the influence of alcohol and pregnant women are not allowed to have a massage therapy.

Your privacy is protected at all times, therefore your spa therapist leaves you to change in private, and throughout the treatment, you are draped with towels, covering untreated areas.

To ensure that all guests can enjoy the serene atmosphere within the spa, we request that guests keep noise level to minimum, and refrain from carrying mobile phones and other electronic devices.

Timeless Spa cannot accept responsibility for any lost or stolen items. We recommend not wearing any valuables whilst enjoying the spa services.

To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please allow 48 hours notice. Reservations cancelled within 48 hours will be refunded to the credit card used for the booking. Cancellation within six (06) hours will incur a 40% charge. No shows will be charged in full.
