Things to Know
Before Your Travel

The hotel is located within the Departures area, just above the Duty-Free Level of Terminal 3, Dubai International Airport (DXB).
Concourse A – Gates A1 and A24
Concourse B – Gates B14 and B22
Concourse C – Gate C13

We request that guests do not clear arrivals customs or immigration upon arrival, as re-entry into the Departures area is not permitted without a valid boarding pass for your next flight. Passengers travelling from Dubai city are requested to reconfirm check-in prodecures with their respective airline for their departure flights and clear customs to reach the hotel in the Departures area. 

The hotel accommodation is exclusively available only to transit passengers holding a valid onward flight boarding pass and departing from Terminal 3. Passengers departing from Terminal 1 & 2 holding a valid onward flight boarding pass and a valid hotel confirmation can also access the hotel by using the free airport shuttle provided by the airport to Terminal 3.

Guests can stay at the hotel upto 24 hours and any extensions are subject to Immigration approval.

For passengers landing in Terminal 3, we request that you do not pass through arrival customs or immigration, as the hotel is located within the Departures Area, just above the Duty Free-Level in Concourse A (Gates A1, A24), Concourse B (Gates B14, B22) and Concourse C (Gates C13).

For passengers landing in Terminal 1 & 2, we request that you proceed to the Connections Desk and use the free terminal shuttle provided by the airport to reach the hotel in Terminal 3.

Checked-in luggage cannot be accessed during your layover due to airport operational policies. You are only allowed to carry cabin baggage during your transit stay.

The hotel does not manage or transfer luggage. Kindly contact the airline to tag your luggage from your origin to  your final destination.

Room Cancellation & No-show Policy

Non- Refundable Rate (Promotional Rates)

Full Payment will be charged once the booking is confirmed. Any cancellations, amendments or no-shows will incur a 100% charge of the total reservation amount.

Refundable Rate (Best Available Rates & Hourly Rates)

A valid credit card is required only to guarantee the booking and a payment link option is available upon request. 

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours (GST) before the arrival date.

Cancellations or amendments made less than 24 hours (GST) before arrival will incur a 100% charge of the total reservation amount.

Only POD Pets (Pets of Determination) are allowed in the hotel with prior approval from the Airport and Airline Authorities.

Kindly note that arrival and departure gate numbers along with concourses are subject to change without prior notice. The hotel is not responsbile for any gate or concourse changes made by the airline. 

A member of the Ahlan team will greet you upon arrival, departure and transit holding a paging board with your name.

Ahlan Services are available exclusively at Dubai International Airport (DXB) Terminals 1, 2, and 3, and are not available at Dubai World Central – Al Maktoum International (DWC).

Service requests are valid only for the date and flight number provided in your booking confirmation. Changes must be communicated at least 8 hours prior to the scheduled service. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Bookings must be made at least 24 hours prior to your intended service time. Last-minute bookings can be arranged at an additional charge (subject to staff availability)

Refunds and claims must be submitted in writing via email, within five days of the service date. Claims made after this period will not be accepted.

Ahlan Services is not liable for:

a. Any lost, left behind or damaged baggage in any area of the service.
b. Any loss, delay, or inconvenience caused by its services or by third parties (e.g., Customs or Immigration authorities).
c. Non-compliance with government entry regulations; passengers are responsible for ensuring valid travel documents.
d. Baggage identification errors: passengers must verify their baggage with the Ahlan representative before customs clearance.
e. Incorrect baggage handling or delays, as baggage services are managed by airport handlers.

Any fees for inter-airline baggage transfers must be covered by the passenger, where applicable.

All rates are subject to 5% Value Added Tax (VAT) implemented in the UAE, effective 1st January 2018.

Ahlan services do not provide wheelchair assistance. Guests are kindly requested to contact their respective airline directly.

 

Spa is located in  Concourse A, & B (Terminal 3) and Concourse D (Terminal 1)

Concourse A (next to Emirates First Class and Business Class Lounges, Level 4 & 5)

Concourse B (above Emirates First Class and Business Class Lounges, Hotel Level 5)

Concourse B (Emirates Business Class Lounge, near Gates B13 & B15 and Emirates First Class Lounge, near Gates B17, B19 & B21)

Concourse D (Inside Ahlan First Class Lounge) Spa paid facilities are available for all passengers and not restricted only to First Class Passengers

Health Club is in Concourse B (Terminal 3) with a fully equipped gym, heated indoor pool, jacuzzi and shower facilities. 

Concourse B (above Emirates Business Class and First Class Lounges, Hotel Level 5)

The Spa & Health Club is accessible only to Departure and Transit passengers. The Spa accepts walk-ins (subject to appointment availability). To guarantee a Spa treatment, advance booking is required at least eight hours prior to your desired appointment time. 

Health Club facilities are complimentary for in-house guests, along with a 20% discount on selected treatments at the Spa. 

The Spa does not offer massage treatments to the following guests:
a. Children under 13 years old
b. Pregnant women
c. Individuals who have undergone medical surgery within the past 6 months
d. Guests under the influence of alcohol

The Spa is not liable for missed flights. Guests are responsible for managing their time and ensuring timely arrival at their departure gates.

Ahlan Lounges accept walk-ins (subject to seating availability). Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Lounge access is limited to four hours per booking. Additional hours may be purchased at AED 50 + 5% VAT per person, per hour, subject to lounge availability.

Children under the age of 3 years enjoy complimentary lounge access.

Lounge access is strictly valid only for the date and flight details provided in the booking confirmation.

Any changes to your booking (including date or flight details) must be communicated to Ahlan Lounges at least six hours prior to your scheduled visit.

Refund requests or claims must be submitted within 21 days of the lounge visit. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.
