Dubai International Hotel (Hotel DXB) is located within the Departures Area, just above the Duty-Free Level in Concourse A, B and C, Terminal 3, Dubai International Airport (DXB).

Transit passengers must not clear arrival customs or immigration, as you will not be able to re-enter the Departures area without a valid onward boarding pass. Passengers traveling from Dubai city are requested to check-in for their departure flight and clear customs to reach the hotel in the Departures area. 

The hotel accommodation is available only for transit passengers holding a valid onward flight boarding pass and departing only from Terminal 3. Passengers departing from Terminal 1 & 2 holding a valid onward flight boarding pass and valid hotel confirmation can also access the hotel using the free airport shuttle provided by the airport to Terminal 3.

Guests can stay at the hotel upto 24 hours and any extensions are subject to immigration approval.

For passengers landing in Terminal 3, we request you not to cross arrival customs and immigration as the hotel is located within the Departures area, above the Duty-Free Level in Concourse A (Gates A1 and A24), Concourse B (Gates B14 and B22) and Concourse C (Gate C13)  in Terminal 3.  

For passengers landing in Terminal 1 & 2, we request you go to the Connections Desk and use the free terminal shuttle organised by the airport to reach the hotel in Terminal 3.

Transit visa is not required to stay at the hotel as we are located within the Departures area in Terminal 3, Dubai International Airport. 

We provide flexible hourly rates based on your layover duration. Simply choose your preferred hourly rate when making a booking.

Cabin luggage is allowed during your layover. Checked-in luggage cannot be accessed during your layover as per Airport Operations Logistics. Please contact the airline to tag your luggage from your original destination to the final destination as the hotel does not handle luggage transfers.

If your nationality does not require a pre-approved visa, we advise confirming your onward flight check-in time directly with the airline before leaving the airport. Please note, the hotel is not responsible for re-entry, immigration procedures, or any other related restrictions.

We offer Ahlan Meet & Assist service for your travel convenience with walking assistance only. Please contact us with your flight details 24 hours prior to your arrival. Please note, wheelchairs and buggies are not provided by the hotel.

Health Club is located in Concourse B with a fully equipped gym, heated indoor pool, jaccuzzi and shower facilities.

Health club facilities are complimentary for in-house guests, along with a 20% discount on selected treatments at the Spa. 

We can accommodate a maximum of two adults and one child (below 12 years) per room with existing bedding while extra beds are available at an additional charge. Family rooms can accommodate up to six people. Baby cots (for children under 2 years and below) are complimentary. Unaccompanied guests must be 18 years or older to check-in.
